【IMPORTANT】Announcement about the change of zaico service and prices

Thank you for your continued support of zaico. We are pleased to announce the revision of the service content and the fee plans of zaico.

Since the launch of the service, about 150,000 users have used our service. We have continued to add and improve features based on the feedback and requests we have received from these users. We appreciate all the voices of yours.

We will promise to update our service, zaico, by expanding the features as well as strengthening the connectivity with external services so that our users can further improve the efficiency of inventory management operations.

Also, we will continue to enhance our information security and infrastructure to ensure that our customers can use our service more safely and securely.

Expected Date of Service and Price Changes

For those on paid plans as of March 31, 2023

• The same price and service content will be applied until August 31st, 2023
• The new price and service will be applied on September 1st, 2023. The details of the transition will be communicated in February 2023.

For new users with paid contract after April 1, 2023

• The new price and service will be applied on April 1st, 2023

New Fee Plans and Main Features

In order for the users to experience the benefit of zaico, which enables multiple people to share inventory information in real time, the base plan will include multiple user accounts usage fee. We have also added more features to all plans so that all users can enjoy the convenience of our services.

Number of Users included in Basic Fee

• The basic fee for the Minimum and Light Plans includes 1 initial user and 2 additional users. As a result, 3 user accounts can be used.
• The basic fee for Full plan includes 1 initial user and 9 additional users. In total, 10 user accounts can be used.
• One user account can be used by 1 person.
• Please purchase additional users when you need more user accounts than the ones included in the basic fee.
